Workforce Productivity Measurement System
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued a resolution introducing the Workforce Productivity Measurement System for Dubai government employees, as well as contractors providing services on behalf of government entities.
The new system aims to enhance performance and productivity levels by providing accurate and transparent indicators, boosting the efficiency of government service delivery, ensuring sustainability in the resource optimisation and measuring the cost-effectiveness of human resource budget allocation.
